Site critique: Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to the site critique provided by White Leaf Consultancy Ltd, trading as Buyable (“we”, "us" and “our”).

White Leaf Consultancy Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales with company number 14601791. Our registered office is at White Leaf Consultancy Ltd, 124 City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

This service is for business customers only. By ordering, you confirm that you are purchasing for business purposes and have authority to act for the business named in your order.

1. The site critique

The site critique is a focused review of one webpage. A senior Buyable conversion expert records a private video walkthrough of the page, assessing it as a first-time visitor would and explaining the clarity, credibility and conversion issues most worth fixing.

The expert reviews the page without a briefing or inside knowledge of your business. The critique covers whether a stranger can quickly understand what you sell, who it is for, why it is worth buying and what to do next.

The service is a review and opinion, not a guarantee of sales, conversion rate, revenue, business performance or any other outcome.

2. Price and payment

The price is $150 USD per webpage. No VAT is charged.

Payment is due in full when you place your order. We will not begin the critique until payment has been received and you have provided a working webpage URL.

Each order covers one webpage. If you would like more than one page critiqued, you can order additional pages at checkout.

3. What you need to provide

You must provide:

• the URL of the specific webpage you would like reviewed; and
• a valid email address for delivery of your video critique.

You may also tell us the action you want visitors to take on the page, such as booking a call, buying a service or signing up to a mailing list.

Please check that the URL is correct and publicly accessible. We cannot critique pages behind a login, password, paywall or technical restriction unless we have agreed this with you in advance.

If the webpage is unavailable, inaccessible or materially different from the URL you supplied, we may contact you for a replacement URL. This may affect the delivery date.

4. Delivery

Your video critique will be emailed within 24 hours of receiving your paid order and a working webpage URL, except for orders placed after 9am UK time on Friday or over the weekend. These will be delivered by Tuesday.

If you order critiques for more than three webpages, we will confirm the delivery timescale by email after receiving your order.

If a delay arises outside our reasonable control, such as a technical problem with the webpage or an issue with the recording platform, we will let you know as soon as possible and give you an updated delivery date.

5. Cancellation rights

This service is sold to business customers only. Because you are purchasing for your business, trade, craft or profession, the 14-day consumer cancellation period does not apply.

We begin work as soon as your payment is received and you have provided a working webpage URL.

To cancel, email contact@becomebuyable.com with your name, order details and a clear statement that you wish to cancel.

6. Refunds

If we cannot complete the critique because the webpage is inaccessible or unavailable, and you do not provide a suitable replacement URL, we will issue a full refund.

If you cancel before we have begun work on your critique, we will issue a full refund.

If you cancel after we have begun work, no refund is due unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Once we have completed the critique and sent your video critique, the service has been delivered. A refund is not due simply because you disagree with, dislike or choose not to act on the feedback.

Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights. We will provide the service with reasonable care and skill.

7. Confidentiality

We will use the webpage URL and any information you provide only to deliver the critique, unless you give us permission to use it in another way or we are legally required to disclose it.

We may use anonymised insights, themes and examples from completed critiques to improve our method or explain our services. We will not identify you, your business or your webpage without your permission.

8. Your video critique

Your video critique is for your own internal business use. It reflects the views of one senior conversion expert at a particular point in time. It is intended to help you identify issues with clarity, credibility and friction in the buying experience.

It is not legal, financial, regulatory, accessibility, advertising or professional advice. You are responsible for deciding whether and how to act on the feedback, and for ensuring that any changes you make comply with applicable laws and regulations.

You may not reproduce, publish, sell or distribute the video, in whole or in part, without our written permission, except for sharing it internally with people working in your business or advisers acting for you.

9. Our liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Subject to this, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue, sales, business opportunity, goodwill or anticipated savings.

Our total liability arising from a site critique will not exceed the amount you paid for that critique.

10. Complaints

If you are unhappy with the service, please email contact@becomebuyable.com with your order details and an explanation of the issue. We will investigate and respond within a reasonable time.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are those published on our website when you place it.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer law allows you to bring a claim in another part of the UK.
