Buyable Landing Page: Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 13 October 2026

1. About this agreement

Buyable is a trading name of White Leaf Consultancy Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 14601791, with its registered office at 124 City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX. Contact: contact@becomebuyable.com.

This service is for business customers only. By ordering, you confirm that you are purchasing for business purposes and have authority to act for the business named in your order.

The agreement starts when you accept these terms, pay and receive our order confirmation. Your order, these terms and the data-processing appendix form the agreement. We provide a copy you can retain. An expressly agreed variation in your order overrides these terms; the appendix takes priority for personal data. Other changes require both parties’ written agreement. Later website updates do not change an existing order.

2. Service and payment

Each page promotes one agreed service to one audience, with one form-completion goal. We provide conversion diagnosis, strategy, copy, design, build, lead capture and conversion tracking, together with monitoring, analysis and page improvements during the 60-day performance period.

If existing ads need alignment with the page, replacement creative is included, with formats and quantity agreed. You or your advertising provider deploy the creative and manage campaigns. Advertising management, advertising spend, sales follow-up, full website redesign and custom integrations are excluded unless separately agreed.

The price is $1,500 USD per page, paid upfront, unless your order expressly states otherwise. Applicable taxes are added and shown at checkout. Overseas customers account for local taxes where legally required. No extra charges apply without your agreement.

We use reasonable care and skill and remain responsible for our subcontractors. We agree an estimated delivery timetable after receiving the necessary information and access. Client delays may extend it.

Setup and preparation begin when you first sign into the client portal and include project setup and review of your onboarding information before the call. This work may take place before you click “Start project.” Conversion diagnosis and page production begin only after guarantee eligibility and the baseline have been agreed under section 5.

The page is hosted separately from your existing website, using your configured subdomain or an agreed temporary domain. We provide DNS instructions where needed. Buyable covers up to $10 USD for a temporary testing domain; subsequent renewal or transfer costs require agreement. Included hosting and its end date are explained in section 8.

3. Client responsibilities and approval

You must provide accurate information, evidence supporting claims, materials you have permission to use, and timely access, feedback and approvals. Nominate an authorized contact. You are responsible for your business’s claims, required disclosures and professional or regulatory approvals. We do not provide legal, financial, tax or regulatory advice.

We send the completed page for your express approval before publication. Check its factual, legal and regulatory content. Your approval does not excuse faults or breaches for which Buyable is responsible. Silence is not approval to publish.

If you do not approve, explain your concerns. We correct our errors and make reasonable attempts to resolve concerns within the agreed scope, without additional fees. Work outside that scope requires a separate agreement. If we cannot reach agreement after reasonable attempts, either party may end the project under section 10. Disliking a page does not, by itself, entitle you to a full refund. Your rights relating to an actual breach remain unaffected.

You or your advertising provider must update ad destinations, supply and pay for agreed paid traffic, and handle lead follow-up lawfully. You provide the privacy notice and other required disclosures. We agree and implement the page’s form and tracking setup, including valid consent before non-essential tracking where required. Additional tracking must be agreed before installation.

Forms collect contact details and short structured answers. Do not request health information, criminal-offence data, other special-category data or details of legal matters without a separate written agreement and appropriate safeguards.

4. Client inactivity and paused projects

If we cannot progress because you have not completed onboarding, clicked “Start project,” or provided necessary information, access, feedback or approval, we will contact you to explain what is needed.

If you do not respond within 30 calendar days of that request, we may notify you in writing that your project is paused. We may take any preview offline. Silence is not approval to publish.

We retain the paused project for six months from that notice. During this time, your payment remains allocated to the project. You may contact us to resume within the original agreed scope, subject to our availability and a revised delivery timetable. Any changes to scope or additional charges require your agreement.

If you do not return within six months, we may close the project and delete its working files, provided we have sent a final reminder giving you at least 14 calendar days to respond. Personal data is handled under the appendix. We retain payment and cost records as required.

Inactivity does not itself trigger an automatic refund. To cancel and request a refund, contact contact@becomebuyable.com. We calculate any refund under section 10. Closing the project or deleting its working files does not itself extinguish an existing refund entitlement or rights relating to our breach.

The performance period and conversion guarantee do not begin while the project is awaiting onboarding, approval or launch. Inactivity after the performance period begins, and responses to results, remain governed by sections 6–8.

5. Baseline and performance period

We check guarantee eligibility and agree the baseline before conversion diagnosis or page production begins. Setup and preparation may take place beforehand under section 2. You supply accurate historical figures and supporting reports where requested.

The baseline is the average paid-traffic conversion rate for the previous six months, calculated as total attributable form completions divided by total paid-traffic visitors across that whole period, multiplied by 100. We agree the exact historical dates before conversion diagnosis or page production begins. It is not an unweighted average of monthly percentages.

We record the original page URL, baseline figures, target, agreed campaigns, visitor definition, form-completion event, attribution, reporting time zone and treatment of tests, spam, bots and duplicate submissions. Non-paid traffic is excluded. The baseline and new page must use comparable measurement.

Any alternative baseline must be agreed in writing. If the data is missing, unreliable or gives a zero baseline, we must agree a suitable alternative before conversion diagnosis or page production begins. If we cannot, we refund your payment in full. Once agreed, the baseline remains fixed unless both parties agree otherwise in writing.

The performance period begins when the approved page first receives paid traffic from the agreed campaigns. Publication alone does not start it. It lasts 60 days, subject to the interruption adjustments in section 6.

6. Conversion guarantee and conditions

We guarantee at least a 20% relative increase over the agreed baseline conversion rate during any seven consecutive days wholly within the performance period. For example, a 2% baseline requires at least 2.4%.

The seven-day average conversion rate is total attributable form completions from paid-traffic visitors divided by total paid-traffic visitors during those seven days, multiplied by 100. One qualifying seven-day period is sufficient; the improvement does not need to continue afterward. Each page is assessed separately.

The guarantee covers form-completion conversion rate only. We do not guarantee lead quality, total lead volume, sales, revenue, profit or business growth. Failure to meet the target is handled through the refund-or-page choice in section 7, where the guarantee remains valid.

Measurement

Buyable’s platform is the default source for measuring the new page’s paid-traffic visitors and attributable form completions. We review results weekly and provide supporting figures. Routine access to your Google Analytics or Meta accounts is not required.

If you report materially different figures from another platform, we investigate. If we agree to switch measurement to Google Analytics or Meta, you must provide the necessary access. The alternative source, comparison method and treatment of previously collected results must be agreed in writing, keeping baseline and new-page measurement comparable. Neither party may switch the measurement basis unilaterally.

Traffic requirements

Until the target is achieved or the guarantee is waived or validly withdrawn, keep the agreed paid campaigns running. Each page must receive at least 2,000 paid-traffic visitors in each completed 30-day period while the guarantee remains unfulfilled. Traffic must remain reasonably comparable to the baseline in audience, service and campaign intent. Discuss material campaign changes with us beforehand.

Brief interruptions do not automatically invalidate the guarantee. If a client-controlled traffic shortfall, interruption, material campaign change or inaccurate baseline prevents a fair assessment, we explain the issue and allow a reasonable opportunity to correct it or agree a revised test. If it remains unresolved, we may withdraw the guarantee by written notice explaining the reasons. This removes the guarantee refund entitlement, not unrelated rights for our breach. A valid result already achieved is unaffected by later traffic changes.

Interruptions and page changes

If a Buyable fault or external outage affects the test, we exclude the affected time and extend both the performance period and included hosting by the same duration, adjusting traffic-measurement windows consistently. Our failures do not invalidate your guarantee. A qualifying seven-day result must use seven consecutive unaffected test days.

If you request a page change we reasonably consider incompatible with the guarantee, we explain why. We implement it only after you expressly waive the guarantee and its refund entitlement in writing. A request alone is not a waiver. Changes we make remain covered unless expressly agreed otherwise.

7. Results and your refund or page choice

If the target is achieved

We send your nominated contact the qualifying seven-day dates, visitor totals, form completions, average conversion rate and comparison with the baseline. You have 14 calendar days to confirm or raise a specific measurement concern.

If you do not respond, the result is deemed accepted, provided our email explains the deadline and consequence and is not returned undelivered. Deemed acceptance pauses while a timely measurement concern is investigated. The numerical result determines success; acceptance records the outcome for handover.

Once success is accepted and the page is fully paid for, you are entitled to handover. Early handover ends monitoring, analysis and improvements only if agreed; otherwise they continue through the performance period while we retain the necessary access.

If the target is not achieved

If the guarantee remains valid, we notify you and ask you to expressly choose a refund or to keep the page. A refund is not automatic.

If you choose a refund, we refund the fee paid for that page and refundable tax within 14 calendar days of your confirmation, subject to the liability and no-double-recovery provisions in section 11. You receive no ownership or continuing right to use the Buyable-created page. Advertising spend and separately agreed third-party costs are not refunded.

If you choose to keep the page, you must expressly waive the guarantee refund in writing. Buyable retains the fee and handover proceeds under section 9. Continued hosting requires a separate paid agreement.

Silence triggers neither a refund nor a waiver of your refund entitlement. The page goes offline when included hosting ends unless paid hosting is agreed, even if your decision is outstanding. Your own materials and lead data remain available in accordance with the appendix.

Measurement concerns

We investigate specific measurement concerns and provide a written response with supporting records within 10 working days. If unresolved, either party may request a discussion between authorized decision-makers within a further 10 working days. Only a genuinely disputed amount may be withheld pending resolution; undisputed refunds are paid on time. Neither party loses its legal remedies.

8. Hosting after the performance period

Included live hosting lasts for the 60-day performance period plus any qualifying extension under section 6. We give advance notice before it ends. There is no additional free transition-hosting period.

To continue using the page, clients entitled to keep it must transfer it to their own website hosting or agree to paid hosting with Buyable. Paid hosting requires express agreement to its price and terms and does not renew automatically under these terms.

If neither arrangement is in place, we may take the page offline when included hosting ends. Doing so does not remove an existing entitlement to receive page files or lead data. You or your advertising provider are responsible for redirecting or stopping ads when the page goes offline.

9. Ownership and handover

Your supplied materials remain yours, and you permit us to use them to deliver the service. You retain access to your lead data. Buyable controls the page before handover and permits its use for the agreed campaigns.

Once the page is fully paid for, you become entitled to handover when success is accepted under section 7, you expressly waive the guarantee, you choose the page instead of an eligible refund, or the guarantee is validly withdrawn following an unresolved client-controlled issue under section 6. Withdrawal does not require an additional waiver from you. Disputed outcomes follow section 7’s process.

We promptly arrange handover after receiving necessary access and instructions. We download and supply the codebase, available assets and necessary configuration, or arrange an agreed workspace transfer. This excludes access to our wider accounts, systems and other clients’ projects.

At handover, we sign a written assignment of our rights in the copy, custom design and other bespoke work created specifically for your page, excluding the reusable and third-party materials below. We obtain the supplier rights and moral-rights waivers needed to permit the agreed use and transfer.

Buyable retains ownership of its reusable components, templates, tools, frameworks and techniques, including those developed during the project, to the extent those rights belong to Buyable. You receive a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, host and maintain embedded components as part of your page, including through your developers. You may not extract and resell them as standalone products. Buyable may reuse them on other projects without reusing your confidential information or bespoke content. Third-party software and materials remain subject to their own licenses.

You or your developer are responsible for deployment, configuration, testing, hosting costs, maintenance and subscriptions after transfer. Forms, tracking and other integrations may need reconnection or replacement. Supplying the codebase does not automatically insert the page into an existing website or convert it to another platform, such as WordPress. Deployment or ongoing support is included only if separately agreed.

10. Cancellation and ending the agreement

To cancel and request a refund, email contact@becomebuyable.com.

If you cancel before first signing into the client portal, you receive a full refund. Once you have signed in, we retain a reasonable amount for work actually completed, including project setup and onboarding review, and unavoidable committed costs, without double counting and up to the fee paid. We provide a breakdown and refund any unused balance within 14 calendar days of receiving your cancellation request. The same calculation applies if the project ends because approval cannot be agreed after reasonable attempts.

This calculation does not reduce a full refund expressly due under section 5 or an eligible conversion-guarantee refund under section 7.

If you cancel before the performance period ends, the conversion guarantee ends. This does not affect a guarantee refund you already qualify for or your rights if Buyable breaches the agreement.

Either party may end the agreement for a material breach after written notice and a reasonable opportunity to remedy it, normally 14 calendar days, or immediately if it cannot be remedied. Termination for a breach does not remove applicable remedies, subject to section 11. Section 4 governs client inactivity before the performance period begins.

Termination does not itself transfer Buyable-created work. Existing handover entitlements remain; otherwise our work remains ours. We return your materials and handle lead data under the appendix. If we close a live page before its scheduled hosting end, we normally give at least seven calendar days to redirect ads. Unlawful use or an urgent security risk may require immediate suspension.

11. Liability and client indemnity

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to this, Buyable’s total aggregate liability arising from or connected with an order, whether in contract, negligence or otherwise, including refunds, will not exceed the total amount you paid for that order. Refunds and other payments for a claim count towards the same cap; they are not additional to it. You may not recover twice for the same fee or loss.

Subject to the same legally required exceptions, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit, revenue, business or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect.

You indemnify Buyable for reasonable losses and legal costs arising from third-party claims, only to the extent caused by unlawful or infringing materials you supply, inaccurate claims you supply, or your unlawful advertising or lead follow-up. This does not cover Buyable’s own breach, negligence or unauthorized changes. We notify you promptly, take reasonable steps to reduce losses and allow you to participate in the defence. Neither party may settle a claim imposing obligations on the other without its consent, not unreasonably withheld.

12. Confidentiality and general terms

Both parties protect confidential information and use it only for the project. Personnel and suppliers may access it only as needed under confidentiality obligations. This excludes information already lawfully public and disclosures required by law. Identifiable case studies, results, logos and promotional references require your permission. We may use genuinely anonymized insights.

Neither party is responsible for delay outside its reasonable control if it promptly notifies the other and takes reasonable steps to reduce the impact. Section 6 governs test and hosting extensions. If an event prevents delivery for 30 days, either party may end the affected service with a refund for undelivered work. Accrued refund obligations remain.

Send notices and complaints to contact@becomebuyable.com or your nominated email. We respond to complaints within 10 working days. Written communications and agreements include email and client-portal records that can be retained. Working days are Monday to Friday excluding public holidays in England.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, whose courts have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory rules. An unenforceable provision does not invalidate the remainder. Only the parties may enforce this agreement; the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 does not apply. Payment, ownership, confidentiality, data protection and liability provisions survive termination as needed.

Appendix. Personal data processed for clients

Roles and scope

You are controller and Buyable is processor for agreed page operation, lead routing, analytics and support. Processing lasts through the engagement, performance period, any agreed hosting and handover, and ends on return or deletion. Data subjects are visitors and prospects. Data includes contact and business details, agreed form responses, online identifiers and usage records. Sensitive or criminal-offence data requires a separate written agreement and safeguards.

Both parties comply with applicable data protection law. You determine lawful purposes and instructions and retain your controller rights. We process only on your documented lawful instructions, including international transfers, unless legally required otherwise. We notify you of such a requirement unless prohibited and alert you if we consider an instruction unlawful. We do not use your leads for our own marketing.

Security and assistance

Authorized personnel are bound by confidentiality. We apply appropriate technical and organizational security measures. We notify you of a personal data breach affecting your data without undue delay and within 48 hours of awareness, providing information as it becomes available.

Taking account of the processing and information available, we assist with individual rights requests, security, breach notifications, impact assessments and regulatory consultation. We provide compliance information and allow and contribute to reasonable audits and inspections by you or your appointed auditor.

Providers and transfers

Before processing, we provide a schedule identifying providers, processing locations, security arrangements, retention and deletion periods, and applicable international-transfer safeguards. The schedule forms part of this appendix. Client-appointed providers are identified separately. Restricted international transfers use a legally valid transfer mechanism and any required additional safeguards.

You give general authorization for listed subprocessors. We give at least 14 days’ notice of additions or replacements so you can object on reasonable data-protection grounds. We discuss lawful alternatives before appointment. If no suitable alternative is available, either party may end affected services with a refund for undelivered work. Subprocessors are bound by equivalent data-protection obligations, and we remain responsible for their compliance.

Return and deletion

When processing ends, we return or securely delete personal data at your choice and delete copies unless retention is legally required. Backups are protected, excluded from ordinary use and deleted on the documented cycle. These obligations apply whether you keep the page or receive a refund. The inactive-project retention period in section 4 does not override your rights under this appendix. Our separate privacy notice covers customer account information we process as controller.
